**Refund Policy**

Return Window:
You can request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Reasons:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Missing items in the package

  • Product not as described

  • “Change of mind” allowed only if product is unused & return shipping is paid by customer


How to Initiate a Return

Email or WhatsApp us with:

  • Order Number

  • Photos/video of the issue

  • Reason for return

Our team will respond within 72 hours.

If approved, we'll arrange pickup or share the return address.


Refund Processing

  • Refund issued to original payment method (UPI, card, wallet).

  • COD refunds processed to customer's bank account.

  • Processing time: 3 working days after returned item is received.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Carokit pays → if wrong, defective, damaged item

  • Customer pays → if changed mind, ordered wrong item, or no issue with the product


Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused

  • No installation marks/damage

  • Original packaging intact

  • All accessories/manuals/freebies included


Non-returnable Items

  • Air fresheners

  • Clearance / Sale items

  • Customized items

  • Used or damaged products not caused by courier


Out-of-Stock Replacement Cases

If replacement unavailable:

  • Full refund OR

  • Store credit (valid 6 months)
